Hello people! I thought we would start off with some scripture right off the bat this time. February is well known as the month of love. And what better love is there than the love of our Heavenly Father. This verse above shows me how deeply God really loves me. He died thousands of years before I was ever even thought of by anyone on earth. But more specifically He died for me then. He already knew my story. He knew when I would sin. He still chooses me in all my ugly. Feeling the Father’s love isn’t always easy for many people. If you’ve been hurt by people or really hurt by a male figure, it can be hard to trust God and believe that He loves you as much as He does. But the cool thing about God….. He’s not like us. He wasn’t born into fleshly desires like we are. He’s perfect and eternal. He’s holy and incomparable. He will never leave you. He could never not love you. So maybe it’s time you stop building walls or running away from the truest and purest relationship there is to have… the one with the God who created you beautifully and in His image.

I work part-time as a hairstylist and truly love what I do. While Rahab has long inspired me, I've recently been drawn to Jonathan’s deep love for the Lord.
